Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Vylento VOF, hereinafter referred to as "Vylento," and the customer with regard to the sale and delivery of luxury card holders and related products.

Orders and Payments

2.1. By placing an order with Vylento, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2.2. The prices stated on the Vylento website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Payment must be made at the time of order. Vylento accepts payments via the payment methods offered on the website.

Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Estimated delivery time varies by destination and shipping method. We strive to display the estimated delivery time as accurately as possible during the checkout process. Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays, unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

3.2. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information during checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly and completely to avoid delays or problems with delivery. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

3.3. In the rare event that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to solve the problem and provide a suitable solution.

3.4. We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping and express shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address, weight and size of the package. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Returns and Warranty

4.1. The customer has the right to return the received products within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided that the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

4.2. Any return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.3. Vylento offers a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the card holders and other Vylento products, including but not limited to trademark rights and copyrights, remain the property of Vylento.

5.2. Customer is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any content, designs or other materials from the website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Vylento.

Liability

6.1. Vylento is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

6.2. Vylento's liability is at all times limited to the amount charged for the specific order from which the liability arises.

Complaints and Disputes

7.1. Any complaints regarding Vylento's products or services must be reported in writing to Vylento within a reasonable period of time after discovery.

7.2. Dutch law applies to agreements between Vylento and the customer. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Vylento is located.

Amendments

Vylento reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply to new orders from the moment of publication on the Vylento website.
